All prices listed on our site are in Singapore Dollar. Payments will also be in Singapore Dollar only.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us immediately. Please kindly check your junk folder in the event that our emails land up there.
1) Can I amend or cancel my order after confirming it?
All sales are final. Amendment and/or cancellation are not allowed.
2) My order is paid and confirmed. When will my items be shipped out?
All orders are processed and dispatched from our office within 2- 3 working days - Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
3) An item is missing from my order.
We apologise for the incomplete order. Please contact email@example.com for assistance.
4) What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments online via Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners Club, JCB, PayNow, Alipay, WeChat Pay & Discover.
5) I have a discount code. How can I use it in the payment of my order?
On the “Cart” page, key in your discount code and click update. The discount will be reflected accordingly.
