Yes, we do! To be eligible for GST refund, you will have to meet the following criteria: 

a. you are not a Singapore citizen or permanent resident of Singapore;

b. you spend 365 days or less in Singapore in the last 24 months before the date of purchase;

c. you have not been, at any time, employed in Singapore in the past 6 months before the date of purchase;

d. you are not a member of the crew of the aircraft on which you are departing from Singapore;

e. you are 16 years of age or above at the time of purchase

  1. Tourist customers must be present in person with their passport at our office, during our office hour (Mon to Fri, 9 - 6pm)
  2. Upon verification, De Majestic Vines will issue an official receipt & Electronic Tourist Refund ticket to the customer
  3. To qualify for tax refund, customers must depart with the goods within 12 hours after obtaining Singapore Customs approval on their eTRS ticket 
  4. GST refund is applicable for purchases of SGD100 above (including GST)
  5. GST refunds strictly for tourists leaving Singapore by air only
  6. Customers must bring the receipt & refund ticket with the goods to the airport's GST refund counter for tax refund

This 0% instalment offer is not available for orders placed via the De Majestic Vines Online Store checkout. Orders must be placed via sales representative to qualify. Yes, the warranty is applicable to:

i. D-Vine products purchased from De Majestic Vines Pte Ltd (DMV) and its authorised dealers within Singapore

ii. Manufacturing defects of defects arising from normal usage for the period of 12 months from date of purchase

The flacons have been created and patented by Bordeaux partner WIT. They are made of drawn glass manufactured from materials of the highest quality, with greatest respect for the products in the best hygiene conditions. 

D-VINE's selection committee, chaired by their in-house wine expert Batrice Domin, developed a wine list that is representative of the French wine regions. The wines offered by D-VINE underwent stringent tastings before being selected. Batrice meets with winegrowers regularly and recommends food pairing options which are accessible via the RFID chip on each wine flacon. DMV is working hard to bring more wine selections from around the world to add to the collection.

Yes! We can collect the empty flacons back during the delivery of your flacons supply. Alternatively, you may simply place them in your neighbourhood recycling bins.

Yes, we are the sole distributor for D-VINE in ASEAN countries. However, the supplies of the flacons are currently only available in Singapore. Please restart the machine by switching the D-VINE power button to O position, then turn off the power point. Wait for at least 1 minute before turning on the power point and the machine (I position). If it is still not working, please contact our Customer Service at +65 6723 9888 or info@demajesticvines.com

Please contact Customer Service to inform of the faulty RFID chip(s). We will do a 1-to-1 exchange within 1 working day to your stated address in the warranty form.

No. To prevent any potential problems with the D-VINE machine, please do not reuse the flacons or any other flacons from unauthorised distributors. Please place your order with us via our Customer Service or Sales representatives and we will deliver within 1 working day. 

Always fill the water tank with drinkable water, ideally spring water, to ensure that the machine remains in ideal condition and that the wine dispensed will not be affected.
